Welcome to Signal House Coastal Retreat, where the beauty of Northumberland meets modern luxury. We are passionate about sharing this stunning corner of the world with others and have dedicated ourselves to creating a truly special holiday experience.

As lifelong residents of Northumberland, we’ve always been inspired by the breathtaking landscapes, unspoiled beaches, and rich natural beauty that make this region so unique. In 2016, we purchased Signal Cottage with a vision of creating a space that reflects the essence of this incredible area. After navigating the planning process, we began building Signal House Coastal Retreats in September 2019.

While we originally built three luxury holiday homes, we now exclusively rent out our Luxury Beach House. This stylish, modern property is designed to offer the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and a deep connection to the surrounding scenery.
